It’s San Diego (itssandiego.com) is an independent local guide to events and places in San Diego, California and the county around it. We are building it in seven areas: Downtown, Balboa Park and Central; the coast from Ocean Beach to La Jolla; Coronado and the South Bay; North County Coast; North County Inland; East County; and Julian, the mountains and Anza-Borrego. These are our own groupings, not official boundaries. The site will cover festivals, concerts, sports, food and drink, arts, outdoors and holiday events, with the practical details first: when, where, what it costs, and who runs it.

It’s San Diego is new (October 2026). The events calendar, area guides and datasets are being added one area at a time, starting with Downtown, Balboa Park and Central. Until a page says an event is confirmed, treat it as not listed.
