Silver Strand State Beach
This long state beach lies on the strip between the ocean and the bay. The State Parks page lists wheelchair accessibility. Fire rings, alcohol and lifeguards are not mentioned on the page.
Coronado Beach
The City of Coronado beach page returned an access error, so these details are unconfirmed. A search result (not opened) says dogs are not allowed except at an off-leash Dog Beach at the north end, and that North and Central Beach allow fires in City rings while South Beach allows propane only. Check the City of Coronado before you go.
What We Could Not Verify
- Coronado Beach hours, parking, restrooms, alcohol and smoking rules are not confirmed. The City of Coronado pages (beach and lifeguards) returned access errors.
- The Coronado dog beach and beach fire rules come only from a search result of a City flyer that was not opened.
- The Coronado Fishing Pier appears on the state free pier list; its location and hours are not confirmed.
- Silver Strand dog rules conflict on the State Parks page: no dogs on the beach, but leashed dogs on bayside paths.
